Welcome to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR) online searchable Research Expertise Database. You may search for an expert in the following ways:

Search by Keyword: this option enables you to search Faculty Members research focus, subjects taught and selected publications by keyword. Additionally, you may filter your results by a combination of Academic Departments or Faculties.
Search by Last Name: if you know the last name of a Faculty Member, you may view their areas of expertise and selected publications.
Search by Faculty: this enables you to search the professors of a given Faculty. You may subsequently select any of the professors and view their areas of expertise and selected publications.
Search by Department: this is the same as "Search By Faculty", however you may narrow the results down to individual Departments.

If you are a faculty member and require access you must first ensure that you have an entry in the SMU Online Telephone Book. To see if you are listed, go to the following link http://smuphone.smu.ca/home/ . If you have a listing, you must contact the office of the FGSR to have access granted to this site. If you are not listed, contact your Department Secretary to be entered into SMU Phone and subsequently contact the office of the FGSR to have access granted to this site.
